ClawAxis is an AI content staging platform that connects autonomous AI agents to your mobile device. The platform generates platform-specific content for your review and approval. You maintain full control over what content is shared externally.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. AI-Generated Content
- Content generated by AI agents through ClawAxis is provided for your review and personal use.
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing it to any external platform.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
- You are solely responsible for any content you choose to share or publish through native share functionality.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ClawAxis to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to circumvent security features or access restrictions
- Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Generate spam, misleading content, or content designed to deceive
6. Intellectual Property
The ClawAxis name, logo, and all associated branding, software, and design elements are the property of SpireAxis Technologies LLC. You retain ownership of any original content you create or modify through the platform.
7. Beta Program
During the beta period:
- The service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs or incomplete features.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.
- Beta access may be limited and is provided at our discretion.
- Your feedback may be used to improve the product without compensation.
8. Fees and Payment
ClawAxis may offer free and paid tiers. If applicable, pricing and payment terms will be clearly communicated before any charges are incurred. AI usage costs are tracked and displayed transparently within the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpireAxis Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of ClawAxis, including but not limited to damages arising from AI-generated content you choose to share.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
ClawAxis is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Privacy
Your use of ClawAxis is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of ClawAxis after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
